Return & Refund Policy
At OROFIT, We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 10 days, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy mentioned below. Please note that OroFit reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
Returns
- You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@orofitshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
