At OROFIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
  • You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@orofitshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
